House has gorgeous views of Lake Union, the 5 and University bridges, including from the rental room offered, a lovely yard (no need to do anything, but nice to have), basement for shared storage and laundry, lots of sunlight in a really nice neighborhood of great people. Its 1 mile from UW, 1 block from the Burke Gillman trail, and has lots of off street parking. 4 blocks to bus lines and a quick bike ride to the light rail. Walking neighborhood for eating out, coffee and lots of fun at Gasworks park where a few blocks away there are regular events, concerts etc, though they also will not bother you.
