Wesley Residences is currently seeking an Operator to assist our campuses in Des Moines and Auburn, WA. The Operator works as a crucial member of Wesley Homes management team and in cooperation with other leaders triggers taking care of and assisting in the ethical stewardship of all financial resources for the organization under the instructions of the VP Finance/CFO.
The Controller accountables for assisting the VP Finance/CFO in creating and implementing devices, techniques, strategies, budgets, and functional tasks developed to comply with company business targets and to show the companies goal, vision, and values. The role includes taking part in preparing budgets based on business objectives and producing the structure and refines essential to handle the company's monetary tasks.
The Controller has mistake for the invoicing, pay-roll and accounting features and straight monitors the Accounting and Invoicing supervisors.
IMPORTANT FEATURES.
1. Readies regular monthly monetary statements, schedules and settlements by the 20th of each month.

10. Works with annual budgeting process.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS.
Education Ambient.
Bachelor's level in Accounting or Finance needed.
Licensure, Registration, Accreditation.
Certified Public Financial advisor (CPA) certification chosen.
Special Training/Skills.
Demonstrated effectiveness in accountancy and finance applications. Great Plains favored.
Point Click Care and Delta experience a plus.
Proficient MS Office capabilities. Expert level Excel experience called for.
Job Encounter.
Strategic Financial Preparing, budgeting, projecting and financial modeling experience required.
Minimum of 10 years of supervisory accountancy encounter and ability to take care of a staff of approximately ten employees.
Continuing Treatment Retirement Area and Home Wellness economic management experience wanted.
Working knowledge of Federal, State and third event insurance coverage payment and repayments.
Showcased understanding of general journal, accounts payable, invoices, pay-roll, income tax and financial.
Know-how of 403(b), 990 governing compliance and Medicare, Medicaid cost reports and capability to carry out filings.
Shown ability to team up with elderly leaders and supervisors.
Superb business capabilities, able and detail-oriented to balance top priorities.
Excellent spoken, written, and digital interaction capabilities.
Capability to prepare, organize, lead and inspire in a group oriented setting.
Demonstrated motivation, effort, persistence, commitment, and follow-through.
BODILY DEMANDS.
Have the ability to stand, rest, bend, and lift as necessitated by the work responsibilities.
Manual dexterity to consist of light lifting, bending, stooping, pressing, reaching and drawing.
Placement calls for repeated activity such as focusing on computer terminal.
Ability to communicate (hear, speak, compose and review) in the English language.
Capability to lift 25 pounds. on a regular basis.
Ability to drive.
