I have lowered the price again, as I really need to sell this motorcycle. It truly is a great bike, but I just can't ride it anymore with my back problems. If you are interested in my Ducati 999, please e-mail me or call me on my cell phone. I am receiving a lot of text messages and I have trouble responding in this format. Please call my cell at (360) . I would enjoy talking to you even if you end up not being interested in the bike. Thank you. This Italian red Ducati 999 Biposto is the most beautiful motorcycle I have ever seen and it is in perfect mechanical and cosmetic condition. Because it is a 2006 model, it has the deep sump, 140 horsepower engine that was originally available only on the Ducati 999 "S" models. I purchased this breathtaking Italian superbike from Eastside Motosports (Ducati dealer) last year. It had just 7,344 original miles and Eastside had just completed the extensive (and expensive) 6-7,000mi scheduled service. During my ownership, I have put just 1,800 additional miles on the bike. This means that the next major service is not due for 4-5,zero miles. For most of use, this represents several years of riding before any service expenses will need to be incurred. This is a very important consideration when buying a Ducati, as the scheduled services are expensive. If you are looking at other Ducatis, find out when the next service is due. That low mileage "bargain" you might see advertised might end up costing a lot more if the service is due! When I purchased the Ducati, it had brand new tires (which are still in attractive condition), an after-market gold colored clutch pressure plate with red spring retainers, and a Termignoni rear exhaust. The Termignoni is a $1,000+ option. It sounds amazing, and the sound was 1 of the reasons bought the bike in the 1st place! To protect the bike and my investment, I purchased a 2yr transferrable extended warranty for $640 that has no deductable and covers just about everything on the bike. There are about 7 mnths left on the warranty and it goes with the bike to the new purchaser of my Ducati! This means you can buy the bike without worry that you may have to pay for expensive repairs after you purchase it.Cosmetically, the motorcycle is mint with no damage ever. It has been, and continues to be, mechanically perfect and it has pre-owned no oil during the 1,800mis I have ridden it. As stated above, the tires are near new with thousands of mile left on them. As an adult rider (62) with many years of riding experience, I treated the bike with respect. It has never been raced, but rather ridden in a sporting manner to keep the bike's mechanicals happy. Now, where do I start in listing all the aftermarket goodies I have added (all easily reversable, by the way)? Let's see
